Aloha Petroleum Mother’s Day Contest

THE CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF HAWAII, AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY.
The Mother’s Day Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Aloha Petroleum, Ltd., 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 1300 Honolulu, HI 96813-2820 ("Sponsor" and “Administrator”).
I. HOW TO ENTER: Visit AlohaGas.com/momtodamax to enter. Start by logging onto the website during the contest period from May 3-12, 2023 and follow the contest links to complete the on-line registration form. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per day will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entries must be received by 8 p.m. on May 12, 2023.
II. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the State of Hawaii and active military and their dependents currently living in Hawaii, 18 years of age and older as of May 12, 2023, except for employees of Sunoco / Aloha Petroleum, their affiliated companies (Dunkin’ Donuts, Aloha Island Mart) and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. No one under the age of eighteen (18) will be permitted to enter a contest under any circumstances. Void where prohibited.
III. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 14, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email and must sign any required winner’s documents within three (3) days of initial call attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required forms within the specified time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of any prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor/Administrator, which shall be final in all matters.
IV. PRIZE: One (1) grand prize: $500 Aloha gas card. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.
V. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: Prize Acceptance constitutes permission for Sponsor/ Administrator to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
